A local automobile service company in Singapore seeks an administrative support professional dedicated to managing various office tasks. You will handle Excel data entries, oversee insurance renewals, and support customer-related admin for the sales team. Ideal candidates should be organized, independent, and experienced in office administration with an ITE qualification or equivalent. This role provides a dynamic work environment within the branch operations.
Excel data entries and entries into accounting system
Handling office administrative duties and paperwork which includes data entry, scanning & attending to emails.
Renewal of vehicle insurance, road tax and inspection.
Provide organised admin support for branch operations matters.
Handle customers and sales admin matters for the branch sales team.
Ensure proper controls on customer receipts
Collate HR doc from branch and coordinate with HR
Compile expenses and reimbursements for branch and coordinate with Accounts
Well-organized, independent, meticulous and able to multi-task
ITE or equivalent and above
Experience in administration
