  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as attendance records, leave tracking, and onboarding documents
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (e.g. invoicing, data entry, expense tracking)
  • Coordinate courier services and incoming/outgoing mail, perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
  • Need to work at the site office and the main office, both locations are close to the east
  • Must be familiar with desktop and laptop operation
