A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Admin & Accounts Executive to manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and HR documentation. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the accounts and admin field and a Diploma in Accounting or Business. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software is essential for this role. This position offers a salary up to $3000 and a 5-day working week.
Working Days: 5 days (Mon – Fri)
Working Time: Mon – Thurs (8am – 5:45pm) & Fri (8am – 6pm)
Working Location: Tagore Lane
Salary: Up to $3000
Responsibilities:
Handle AP & AR, staff salary, CPF, withholding tax & statutory submissions.
Support payroll, HR documentation & recruitment (work passes, interviews).
Organise company events & oversee office operations.
Manage calls & provide admin support.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting / Business or equivalent.
Min 2 years’ experience in accounts & admin field.
Proficient in MS Office & accounting software.
