Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries promptly.
- AP function - Check invoices and expense claims, process payments.
- AR function - Issue invoices and ensure timely payment from the customers.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly GST submission.
- Ensure accuracy & completeness in financial records.
- Sourcing and purchasing.
- General administrative & clerical duties of the daily office operations.
- Maintain office facilities and supplies.
- Any other ad-hoc work matters assigned by the Senior Finance Manager and Directors.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous.
- Result oriented and with strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office.
