The role involves delivering high-quality medical services, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing critical patient cases. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of acute care experience and a valid nursing license. Working hours are 8.5 hours per shift from 6 am to 8:30 pm, with no hybrid or work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Min 3-5 years of experience in acute care (ICU/ED) and/or primary care.
• Broad medical knowledge with clinical experience and critical thinking skillset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical due diligence and case direction.
• Handle ongoing medical tasks and ensure proper handover at shift changes.
• Provide referrals and retrospective claims assessments.
• Organize and supervise medical assistance, including referrals and transportation.
