The Actuarial Senior Associate supports the delivery of actuarial audit and advisory services to life insurance and reinsurance clients. The role provides broad exposure to actuarial audits, finance transformation initiatives, and strategic advisory engagements. This position is designed to build strong technical actuarial foundations while developing consulting and business-oriented skills through hands‑on project involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support actuarial audit engagements across маш multiple reporting frameworks including IFRS 17, US GAAP, and local regulatory requirements
  • Assist with actuarial analysis related to reserving, valuation, capital modelling, and assumption setting for life insurance products
  • Contribute to finance transformation projects involving process automation, actuarial systems implementation, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Support advisory assignments such as market analysis, product reviews, risk assessments печ M&A due diligence activities
  • Prepare actuarial working papers, model documentation, and draft sections of client reports with accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across audit, deals, and advisory to support integrated client solutions
  • Research and track regulatory, accounting, and market developments affecting the insurance sector
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage deliverables effectively, and actively develop technical and consulting capabilities
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Progress toward a professional actuarial qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of actuarial experience, primarily within the life insurance sector
  • Working knowledge of life insurance products, reserving methodologies, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience using actuarial tools and software such as Prophet, Pathwise, Excel, R, Python, or SAS
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail
