Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts and documentation for ACMV systems.
• Prepare interim valuations, contract variation orders, payment claims, and final accounts.
• Source suppliers and subcontractors, and compile price comparisons for tenders and project costing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant QS experience in ACMV systems.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry, especially in ACMV system installation.
• Sound knowledge of ACMV systems, contract law, and local/international codes of practice/standards is an advantage.
