A leading project management firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced ACMV Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with 3–5 years of relevant project management experience. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
Oversee, plan, and manage ACMV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review technical drawings, project plans, and specifications; ensure proper installation of ACMV systems according to design and regulatory requirements.
Manage site activities, including scheduling, manpower allocation, materials procurement, and progress monitoring.
Ensure all ACMV works comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and address any technical or installation issues.
Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for clients and management.
Lead, guide, and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and technicians to achieve project milestones.
Manage project risks and troubleshoot issues to prevent delays or rework.
Ensure implementation of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements at all project sites.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ACMV or M&E project management.
Strong understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems, mechanical drawings, and installation procedures.
Proven experience managing subcontractors, site teams, and project schedules.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Good knowledge of Singapore codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF).
Strong project planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.
Possess good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with WSH requirements and site safety practices is an added advantage.
