Job summary

An engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in ACMV systems. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting and team leadership, ensuring timely completion of multiple projects. A degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience are required.

Job description

Responsibilities

Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.

Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.

Raise RFI for any discrepancies.

Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.

Responsible for site supervision and implementations.

Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.

Manage and planning manpower allocation.

Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.

To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.

Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.

Prepare sub-contractor payment response.

To solve all technical issue.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 10 years experience in ACMV system.

Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills

Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
