A corporate service provider in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Senior for their BPO division. The successful candidate will prepare client accounts, review GST returns, and guide junior staff, ensuring compliance with firm standards. Applicants should possess a Diploma in Accounting and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of GST and FRS is essential, along with familiarity with Xero and MYOB software. We are an associate firm of an established accounting practice located in the CBD. We have been providing a wide range of corporate services including corporate secretarial, accounting advisory, payroll and cash management services to a wide spectrum of clients both in Singapore and internationally. Our Business Process Outsourcing Division is looking for highly motivated, dynamic professionals with a keen sense of commitment to join our practice as:
Support the Team Leader in the execution of work required including and not restricted to the preparation of the clients’ accounts, preparation or review of clients’ quarterly GST returns, etc.
Provide guidance to junior staff
Ensure firm’s service standards and clients’ reporting deadlines are met
Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience with public accounting firms or in similar capacity
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Possess good knowledge of GST and FRS
Possess working knowledge of Xero and MYOB software preferred
