Brief Summary:

Join a dynamic team as an Accounts & Payroll Executive, where you'll play a key role in overseeing daily accounting operations and payroll management. This hands‑on position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals looking to contribute to a thriving environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank transactions.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
  • Oversee the full set of accounts for the entity and manage the fixed asset register.
  • Prepare month‑end schedules, including accounts aging, accruals, prepayments, and depreciation.
  • Extract, organize, and verify data for goods and services tax (GST) reporting.
  • Ensure systematic filing of all accounting and finance records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors regarding queries and document requests.
  • Process monthly payroll, including handling relevant submissions and filings.
  • Maintain employee claims and leave records, providing payroll support as needed.
  • Coordinate monthly closing activities and adjustments with external accountants.
  • Support management with financial data and reporting requirements, ensuring timely completion of accounting and payroll deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent certification (LCCI/CAT).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, full‑set accounting, and payroll, ideally in a small to medium‑sized enterprise or subsidiary.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and skilled in Excel.
  • Knowledgeable about CPF, IRAS, and basic GST regulations.
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable engaging with external partners, including accounting firms and auditors.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating month‑end activities with intercompany finance teams is advantageous.
