Job description

Location: Pioneer (Company transport to/from Lakeside MRT)

Salary: Up to $3200(Basic) + AWS

Working Hours: 8.45am - 5.15pm (5 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Ensure all supplier invoices and payment records are accurately updated, filed, and paid on time
• Investigate and resolve supplier discrepancies, and perform monthly statement reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare AP-related reports
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and standards
• Support the finance team with general accounting or administrative duties, including tasks assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or Accounts Payable
