The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Accounting or related field and 1–2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is essential. Handle partial sets of accounts for 1.5 entities.
Process of invoices ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable entries.
Prepare bank reconciliations and update daily transactions.
Support month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
Assist the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
A team player with good communication skills.
