A well-known company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts & HR Executive. This role involves processing AP/AR transactions, preparing monthly payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have a diploma in Accounting or Finance and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in ERP/SAP software and basic Excel skills are also required.
Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the position of Accounts & HR Executive.
Process daily AP/AR transactions, receipts, and payments.
Handle payment vouchers, payment runs, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly journals and support GST submissions (quarterly).
Assist with audits and reporting.
Maintain proper filing of documents and company records.
Liaise with vendors/customers on billing and payment matters.
Prepare monthly payroll
Manage CPF submissions, leave administration, and claims.
Ensure compliance with IRAS/CPF regulations.
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
3–5 years’ experience in accounting and payroll/HR administration.
Hands-on experience with accounting software (ERP/SAP).
Comfortable with basic Excel for reconciliations and checks (not analyst-level).
Strong attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
