Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards and GST regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and billing documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support GST submissions and statutory reporting requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and banks on payment matters.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with audit preparation and other ad-hoc finance duties.
