Job summary

A reputable staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual to manage both accounting and HR functions. You will oversee the full accounting cycle, including invoicing and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will handle recruitment, payroll processing, and administrative HR tasks. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong accounting knowledge, experience in both fields, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Office suite. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience covering both accounting and HR functions.

  • Relevant degree or certification in accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and monitor expenditure to ensure financial stability
  • Handle GST submission, tax preparation, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc duties as required
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, leave administration, work pass matters, employee records, and staff welfare
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit clearance
  • Handle statutory submissions and administrative matters related to MOM, CPF, and IRAS, including work pass applications and renewals, NS claims, and childcare or parental leave claims
  • Review, administer, and ensure compliance with the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and procedures
  • Liaise with insurance providers regarding staff movement and coverage matters
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and relevant statutory regulations
  • Proficient in accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (Navision / Business Central 365) and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience covering both accounting and HR functions
  • Possess a relevant Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Accounting or equivalent
