Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow forecasts, budgets, and monitor expenditure to ensure financial stability
- Handle GST submission, tax preparation, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls
- Provide accounting and administrative support to the team and perform ad-hoc duties as required
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, leave administration, work pass matters, employee records, and staff welfare
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and exit clearance
- Handle statutory submissions and administrative matters related to MOM, CPF, and IRAS, including work pass applications and renewals, NS claims, and childcare or parental leave claims
- Review, administer, and ensure compliance with the Employee Handbook, HR policies, and procedures
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding staff movement and coverage matters
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and relevant statutory regulations
- Proficient in accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (Navision / Business Central 365) and the Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience covering both accounting and HR functions
- Possess a relevant Degree, Diploma, or professional certification in Accounting or equivalent
