Job Duties

• Manage accounts, process transactions, and handle payments
• Prepare invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy
• Provide financial reports and insights to stakeholders
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain full sets of accounts and monitor cash flow
• Handle tax and statutory reporting, including quarterly GST reports
• Process payroll

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• 3-5 years of experience (construction industry experience is a plus)
• Self-starter who can plan, organize, and take initiative
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and independent
• Good communication skills
