About the role

Bensyl Consultancy Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Downtown Tanjong Pagar Central Region. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our client's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of their accounting records.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and general ledger transactions
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements
  • Liaising with clients, vendors and other stakeholders to resolve accounting-related queries and issues
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive or Bookkeeping role, preferably within a professional services or consultancy environment
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero or MYOB
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised and able to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
