Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bukit Batok, Singapore for an Accounts cum Admin personnel. The individual will manage daily accounting tasks, maintain and reconcile financial records, and assist in administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations. Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing financial statements or reports, supporting customer invoicing, and addressing client inquiries. Additional tasks may involve coordinating with internal teams and maintaining organized documentation of financial and operational activities.

Qualifications
  • Singaporean and Permanent Resident Only
  • Strong analytical and finance skills to handle financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients, address inquiries, and maintain relationships
  • Proficiency in account management processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in accounting or administrative software; knowledge of MS Office tools is a plus
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
