Accounts & Admin Officer - Automotive Industry / Partial Set / Admin Duties / Ubi
Responsibilities:
  • Generate invoices
  • Preparation of month-end reports (showroom inventory, car financing analysis and sales analysis)
  • Preparation and posting of SL-journals for transfer of deposits and visa waiver.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Car Registration
  • Check car registration folder for payment, documentation, approval, remarks, etc.
  • Key in car registration via LTA Link.
  • Update Registration Folder.
  • Process refund cheque if any.
  • Order number plate from vendor
  • Send request to Indecco for IU commissioning.
Job Requirements:
  • NITEC or certificate in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
