Job summary

A leading accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform various accounting duties including processing invoices, maintaining records, and coordinating with procurement. Suitable candidates should have strong communication skills, initiative, and a positive working attitude, with a preference for those who can start immediately. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience or basic accounting knowledge.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Singaporean preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accounting duty, regulatory affairs and shipping duty.
  • Assist in processing and verifying invoices and payments.
  • Follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare payment vouchers for processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to match invoices with delivery orders.
  • Data entry and filing of documents.
  • Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
