Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting.
  • Be independent, meticulous, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts for clients.
  • Assist in timely and accurate monthly closing.
  • Preparation of payments.
  • Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
  • Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Assist in Secretarial work.
  • Provide secretarial support to Managing Director.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.

Good PC skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office

Bilingual

  • Assist in Secretarial work (Incorporation of Company, AGM, AR & etc).
  • Provide secretarial support to Managing Director.
  • Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
