Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support GST submissions and manage Accounts Payable functions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the Building & Construction sector and be proficient in MYOB Software and IFCA. Responsibilities include month-end closing, preparing management reports, and liaising with auditors. This role offers opportunities to engage in various ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Building & Construction.
• Proficiency in MYOB Software and IFCA.
• Strong understanding of GST compliance and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly GST submission and receivables.
• Perform Accounts Payable function, including processing invoices and payments.
• Manage month-end close process with all required records.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Prepare documents for annual audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
