About The Role

Anesthesia Nurse

Job Description

1. Preparing the operating theatre and patient for anaesthesia pre-operatively
2. Checking of anaesthesia machine and supplies
3. Assist Anaesthetist pre, intra and post-operatively
4. Admission of patient pre-operatively and recovering of patients post-operatively
5. Providing continuous professional nursing care to patients
6. Proper documentation of patient care
7. Assist to order and maintain inventories
8. To circulate in OT when required

Job Requirements

1. Ability to multi-task and prioritise
2. Min Diploma in nursing and above
3. Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (Valid SNB)
4. BCLS Certified
5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Good knowledge of anaesthesia drugs, intra-operative vital signs monitoring
7. Good communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
8. Preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in a tertiary hospital as an anaesthesia nurse
9. Advanced diploma in Perianaesthesia will be a plus
