Job summary

A leading company in the F&B sector in Singapore is looking for an accounting professional. The role involves performing accounts receivable and payable functions, preparing financial statements, and managing documentation. Candidates should possess a Diploma in a related field and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. A proactive attitude and teamwork skills are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
  • Exposure in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform AR & AP functions for different brands/companies unders the organization.
  • Responsible for the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
  • Perform proper document filing and control.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, licenses, agreements, and reports
  • Organize and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company's monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other ad-hoc request as assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working and accounting experience.
  • Exposure with Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, with little supervision, good time management, resourceful, meticulous and organized.
  • An effective team player with good interpersonal and able to work well with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words / Excel / Power Point.
  • Positive attitude and a keen interest to learn.
  • Occasional weekend or public holiday work may be required for business needs, example during audits period.
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
