Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and manage the full set of construction management accounts for auditing purposes. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Accounting/Finance, with 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Previous experience with ABSS accounting software is a plus. This role involves liaising with auditors and government agencies and performing ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in related area.
  • Possess sound knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Previous experience with ABSS accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day accounting activities.
  • Handle full set of Construction management account for auditing.
  • Preparation of audit schedules for audit purposes.
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records and financial statements.
  • Submit monthly CPF, quarterly GST, IR21, IR8A and other required surveys.
  • Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, and government agencies.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

Skills
