Moments Logistics Pte Ltd is a growing SME in the logistics industry. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day finance operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, supporting operations closely, and learning across multiple finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices (transport vendors, fuel, warehouse, services)
  • Prepare customer invoices based on completed delivery and job records
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly closing
  • Manage staff claims, petty cash, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records (digital and physical)
  • Support GST submission and audit preparation
  • Liaise with operations team, drivers, vendors, and customers on billing matters
  • Prepare basic schedules, journals, and management reports as required
  • Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience (SME or logistics industry preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB)
