Job description

FK Dunamis Group is looking for committed and talented Accounts and Admin Assistant with the following capabilities to join our growing team. The successful applicant will support the daily operations of the Accounting (AP/AR) functions and admin duties in the office:

Accounts Receivable
  • accounts receivable – data entry for credit cards/cash payment received.
Accounts Payable
  • handle petty cash;
  • data entry of invoices into system;
  • reconciliation of supplier’s statement of accounts;
  • process AP vendors cycle payment for F&B;
  • process petty claims for various outlets and HQ; and
  • reconcile online deliveries payment.
Admin Duties
  • daily checking of mailbox/ receiving parcels and answering guest at door;
  • filing work;
  • assisting with any cleaning around the office as required; and
  • any other administrative adhoc duties that my be assigned to you.
