Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support finance and sales operations. The candidate will handle invoicing, manage accounts, and prepare financial statements. Requirements include a diploma in Accounting, at least one year of experience, and proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Administrative Assistant to support our finance & sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare delivery orders, purchase orders & invoices
  • Oversee accounts receivables, payables, payroll & monthly expense processes
  • Manage cashflow & reconcile bank transactions
  • Prepare monthly Financial Statements
  • Submission of monthly CPF contributions & prepare annual IR8A returns
  • Submission of quarterly GST filing
  • Liaise with auditors for annual audit & income tax returns
  • Handle customers’ service contract renewals
  • Handle general office administrative duties to keep the office organised & processes in place
  • Liaise with external parties on maintenance of office premises, equipment & office supplies, including office insurance
  • Update & maintain HR policies & procedures
  • Update & maintain ISO 27001 polies & procedures
  • Assist in applying for government schemes & grants as required
  • Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned
Requirements
  • At least a diploma in Accounting or related certifications
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with using Accounting SoftwareProficient in MS Office
  • Good communication (both written & oral) & organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR policy implementation is preferable
