Accounts Admin Executive/Administrator

1 year Contract convertible to Perm

Location: Town

Seeking for highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Office Administrator to support our Group Finance Controller in managing accounting, administrative and investment-related matters. This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with stakeholders across Indonesia, Europe and the USA, ensuring smooth financial operations and effective communication with our global counterparts.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide administrative and accounting support to the Group Finance Controller
  • Assist in managing financial operations related to investments in Indonesia
  • Assist and support with international counterparties across Europe and the USA
  • Track, monitor and support the process of clearing dormant company entities
  • Prepare and organize financial documents, reports and compliance records
  • Handle general office administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting &/ Finance or Business Administration
  • Min 5 years of experience in accounting support & office administration
  • Strong attention to details, highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint and use of accounting software
  • Knowledge of corporate compliance or entity management is a plus
  • Immediate to short notice preferred as this is a 1-year renewable/convertible contract role
