We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks.
This is an office-based role in a stable working environment. Training will be provided, and entry-level candidates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and simple statements
  • Data entry into accounting system (e.g. AutoCount / ABSS)
  • Filing and record keeping
  • Assist with monthly reports and basic reconciliation
  • Support general admin duties
Working Details
  • Working Days: 5 or 5.5 days per week
  • Working Hours: Office hours
  • Location: Pioneer
  • Overtime payable if applicable
Requirements
  • No experience required (training provided)
  • Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
  • Able to communicate in basic English (Chinese is an advantage)
  • Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, Word)
