We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Admin Assistant to provide support in both finance and general office administration. You will work closely with the accounts team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, while also handling day-to-day administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Support

  • Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions in Xero.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable for various companies. – invoice processing, payments, and collections
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
  • Help with month-end closing, financial reports, and GST submissions

Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of accounting and administrative documents
  • Assist in preparing documents, forms, and correspondence for internal or external use
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero) will be an advantage
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
