Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily shared service accounting operations with the ability to make contribution to effective operations.

• Prepare, monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports or statements including consolidation, budget, etc.

• Support Corporate Tax team on annual corporate tax information or any tax queries.

• Liaise with stakeholders on service deliverable and communication including other team members within the shared service team.

• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.

• Coordinate and complete annual audits or support any internal audit requirements.

• Review exiting processes and provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures including implementation of financial tools to improve operational activities.

• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

• In-charge of annual office insurance approval activities.

• Ensure compliance with J-SOX standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• CPA with Professional Accounting Qualification, ACCA, CIMA, Degree in Accounting, etc.

• People Manager experience in finance shared services environment.

• Experience SAP user and familiar financial tools.

• Ability to review and process large data sets.

• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
