Job Description & Requirements

Roles:

• Responsible for the entire accounting operations, including Consolidation of accounts, preparation of management reports and financial reports
• Responsible for Japan Reporting
• Responsible for full set of accounts which including of monthly and annual closing with the support of accounts team
• Oversee and manage company cash flow
• Maintain all records of fixed assets movement and ROU within the company in proper register and reconcile with general ledger
• Review and submission of quarterly GST filings
• Laisse with auditors, tax authorities, company secretary to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and filing requirements
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant hands‑on working experience in managerial level
• High adaptability to work in a new environment and have prior experience leading a team
• Meticulous and able to work independently with minimum guidance
  Self‑motivated, resourceful with a strong sense of initiative
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Japanese is required as the role involves reviewing and preparing finance reports in Japanese
