A consulting firm in Singapore is looking for an accounting professional to maintain accurate financial records and assist with financial reporting. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a finance role, possess excellent communication skills, and hold a diploma or degree in Accounting. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams for timely processing and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoicing, payables, receivables and reconciliations
Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of financial transactions
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Support the month-end and year-end closing process
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
