Responsibility

• Prepare group consolidation, financial reporting and financial analysis.
• Group consolidation for 18 subgroups and entities, in total about 80+ entities.
• Group consolidation via excel.
• Assists in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results SGX announcement and annual statutory accounts.
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission.
• Ability to perform corporate tax computation / tax reporting and support and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement.
• Support and assist in Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast.
• Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in handling group consolidated accounts.
• Preferably with previous audit experience.
• Working knowledge in tax filing.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, analytical, meticulous and strong team player.
• Able to withstand stress to meet tight deadlines.
