Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal controls and accounting operations, including tax filings and audits.

• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to meet compliance standards.

• Handle daily accounting activities and maintain proper documentation following financial procedures.

• Prepare cash flow forecasts, cash count reports, and periodic financial statements.

• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data to support effective management reporting.

• Support retail outlets with monthly stock takes and quarterly asset verification.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in SAP to enhance inventory management.

• Serve as the finance liaison between regional teams and the finance group.

• Perform additional finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems such as Xero, Kingdee, or similar systems is a plus.

• Excellent communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and proactivity, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
