Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
  • Handle and oversee the full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and month‑end / year‑end closing.
  • Prepare, review, and analyse monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Perform hands‑on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and variance analysis.
  • Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Closely monitor and control project costs in collaboration with Project Managers, Procurement, Quantity Surveyors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure full compliance with audit, tax, GST, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external parties.
  • Review and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and on‑the‑job support to junior finance staff while remaining actively involved in daily accounting work.
  • Support management with ad‑hoc financial analysis and operational projects as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification
