Job description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and prepare financial statements for the company.
  • Review clients’ accounting records and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Respond to clients’ queries regarding accounting matters and provide professional advice.
  • Perform on-site bookkeeping services at clients’ offices when required.
  • Issue invoices, follow up on payments, manage accounts receivable, and monitor collection progress.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns for the company and clients.
  • Travel to the Johor Bahru (JB) office as needed to liaise and coordinate with the JB team.
  • Support other finance-related tasks for both the company and clients.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting or finance working experience.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore accounting procedures and bookkeeping practices.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Strong communication and client service skills, able to resolve client queries independently.
  • Familiar with invoicing and accounts receivable management processes.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin (spoken and written) and English to liaise with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
