Job Summary
  • Managed monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting process
  • Coordinate with India's shared service to ensure the activities are completed promptly and accurately
  • Ensure all tasks assigned are processed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal control objectives and local GAAP's and financial policies and procedures
Main Responsibilities

Responsible for period close process for FA/GL/AR functions, including the following areas:

General Ledger / Others
  • Month‑end closing activities in SAP/Netsuite
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Prepare journals for payroll, accruals, intracompany elimination and adjustments
  • Maintain master data in SAP/Netsuite
  • Reconcile Netsuite interfaced to SAP
  • Prepare VGCS load files to reporting system as assigned
  • Balance sheet reconciliation as assigned
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission
  • Liaise with external auditor and government institutes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on their queries and resolve issues
  • Any other tasks or projects that may be assigned
Accounts Receivable (Backup)
  • Handle treasury activities i.e., currency buy/sell based on the cash forecast requirement
  • Prepare sundry billing to customers and intercompany partners
  • Timely update of incoming receipts and follow up on discrepancies
  • Cheque deposits
  • Apply new customer ID and maintain customer in Netsuite
  • Monthly SOA to customers
  • Handle banking related matters
