Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve reported risk cases timely and accurately utilizing internal platforms and support tools;
  • Summarize and classify the reported cases, work with product and tech teams to formulate solutions;
  • Responsible for building up risk control policy and process, promoting transparency and understanding of policies, educating stakeholders to ensure compliance with the company’s processes;
  • Assist in developing education programs to enhance user security awareness;
  • Assist in improving internal platforms and tools.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in trust & safety operations, risk control, policy enforcement, or anti-fraud, payment risk, payment fraud domain;
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others.
