Job summary

A leading advertising agency in Singapore is looking for an Account Servicing Executive to build strong client relationships and manage project communications. Responsibilities include handling proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Marketing or Advertising, great presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training is provided for those without experience. This is a permanent role located in Chinatown, offering a basic salary of up to $3,800.

  • Working Location: Chinatown
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 9am-6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic up to $3,800
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with important stakeholders.
  • Handle client communications for new proposals, including project timelines and deliverables—mainly to finalize quotations.
  • Spot opportunities to offer more services to clients.
  • Work with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to create solid proposals.
  • Once a project is confirmed, hand over to the Project Management team for execution until completion.
  • Wrap up account servicing on a positive note and arrange post-project meetings; then start the process again with new projects.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and quickly address any concerns to keep strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to help the company grow.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to find new leads.
  • Create and deliver effective pitches and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a list of prospects through networking, outreach, and referrals. Meet set monthly targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring both profitability and long-term success.
  • Work closely with leadership to plan and carry out sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • Training provided for those without relevant experience
  • Strong skills in presentation, communication, and working with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
