A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced Account Manager / IT Sales Director to drive revenue growth through solution-based selling of Managed Services and IT Infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on managing strategic accounts, developing new business, and positioning IT solutions tailored to customer needs. Role Summary

The Account Manager / IT Sales Director will drive revenue growth through solution-based selling of Managed Services and IT Infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on networking and cybersecurity. This role is responsible for managing strategic accounts, developing new business, and positioning end-to-end IT solutions that align with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive new and existing revenue through solution-based selling of Managed Services, IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
  • Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
Account Management
  • Own and manage key customer accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and IT environments
  • Expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling Managed Services, network infrastructure, and cyber solutions
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
Required Qualifications
