Our company is looking for Account Manager (Recruitment)/ Business Development Manager - Freelance.

Incumbent can refer Government/ Enterprise Commercial Clients business who has staffing/ recruitment needs to the organisation both locally or regionally.

Requirements:

  • Strong Clientel base/ contacts in the Enterprise / Government sectors.
  • Proven track record in generating Leads/ Contacts.
  • Strong contacts in the IT /Consulting/ Finance/ Insurance industry.
  • Experience in Business Development / Sales Management.
  • Good with proposal and agreement management.
  • Good knowledge of Information Technology/ Technical.
  • Experience in Bids & Tenders (an advantage).
  • Demonstrated good involvement in Business Development, Stakeholder Management and Client Management.
  • Good in negeotiation and price strategy management.
  • Good contacts in the IT/ Telecommunication/ Consulting/ Insurance/ Banking industries.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of International Sales/ Enterprise Solution Sales experience.
