The Role
As an Account Manager in our ARAS Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions in the field of cleaning services and integrated facilities management. Your role will involve conducting market research, building strong client relationships, generating leads, preparing compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful deal closures. Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands, enabling the identification of valuable business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while also identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions such as cleaning services and integrated facilities management packages.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research, and then qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on potential business value.
- Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations outlining our services, effectively communicating the benefits to potential clients and addressing their queries.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and implementation of services for new clients, securing profitable deals.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals, and generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales position (preferably in the cleaning industry)
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the cleaning services or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
