Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Account Executive to handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, GST submissions and support audit processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue daily sales invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO)
  • Receive, verify and record supplier invoices and bills
  • Perform daily accounting postings (AP, AR, GL)
  • Prepare monthly management performance reports
  • Prepare monthly schedules and assist in year‑end audit and tax finalisation
  • Liaise with customers on purchase orders, payment follow‑ups, and billing matters
  • Prepare GST transactional listings and summary reports
  • Arrange iBanking payments and vendor transfers
  • Maintain regular data backups for company financial records
  • Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on a regular basis
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
  • Strong knowledge of GST, AP/AR, and basic financial reporting
  • Able to work independently and meet monthly deadlines
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and follow‑up skills
Good‑to‑Have
  • Experience in SME accounting
  • Familiar with audit preparation and reporting schedules
  • Knowledge of Singapore GST regulations
