About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven Account Director to join our corporate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving advertising and marketing solutions across our full suite of media platforms — including print, digital, online, and events.

You will prospect and manage accounts, with a focus on clients within the Real Estate Sector, and collaborate closely with developers and internal teams to deliver tailored media and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative media sales, is adept at navigating complex client organisations, and upholds the highest standards of sales integrity and client trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pitch, and close advertising and marketing solution deals to grow sales revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on the Real Estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, including C-level executives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, product, marketing, and design teams.
  • Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution and ensure timely delivery in partnership with internal support teams.
  • Meet and exceed assigned KPIs and sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively position EdgeProp Singapore’s unique value proposition.
  • Maintain high standards of ethical sales practices and professionalism in all client interactions.
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in media or advertising sales, preferably in online media or Real Estate.
  • Strong consultative selling background with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Skilled in account development, upselling, and managing long‑term client relationships.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior decision‑makers.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience being an advantage.
  • Demonstrates integrity, transparency, and responsibility in all sales practices.
  • To keep up to date with market and competitor developments with the ability to confidently offer EdgeProp Singapore’s value proposition.
  • Prior experience of CRM and Salesforce is an added advantage.
