Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks including accurate data entry and systematic document filing to support accounting operations
  • Assist in executing daily major accounting functions to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
  • Contribute to ad-hoc accounting and administrative projects as needed to support business needs and process improvements
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to verify financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage core accounting functions such as processing payables and receivables, handling banking transactions, calculating taxes, and preparing for audits to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency
  • Ensure timely completion of all statutory filings and compliance formalities to meet regulatory requirements
  • Prepare invoices and purchase orders accurately to facilitate smooth financial transactions and vendor relations
