Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory & Compliance: Prepare and submit results and attendance reports accurately and on time. Maintain assessment records and post-class documentation; follow up with trainers on missing items. Scan, file, and archive records to ensure documentation compliance.
- Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with Academic, Operations and Training teams to meet compliance standards. Collect daily class dismissal proofs for records. Send monthly compliance updates to channel partners.
- Performance Tracking: Track trainers’ performance scores and share feedback with trainers. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including weekly/monthly trainee competency results.
- Support & Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide operational support to the team when needed. Handle other compliance-related duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- - Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Education, HR, or related field.
- - Strong organisational and communication skills.
- - Attention to detail with ability to manage documentation and compliance tasks.
- - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- - Experience in academic operations or training coordination preferred but not essential.
