Job summary

A leading design firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to manage commercial projects. This role involves space planning, conceptualization, and coordinating project progress. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial interior renovations and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Google Sketch-up is essential. This position offers a competitive salary between $3.5k - $4.5k plus high quarterly commission and year-end bonus.

Job description

Interior Designer (Commercial Project)

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Timing: 9am - 6pm
Working Location: Bukit Merah
Salary: $ 3.5k - $ 4.5k + High Quarterly Commission + Year-End Bonus

Responsibilities

• Able to do Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications to clients
• Consider materials, effects and costs, liaise with clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively
• Tracks and coordinates project progress from inception to completion

Requirements

• Certification / Diploma in Interior Design
• At least 5 years experience in commercial interior renovation
• Knowledge of Interior Design Software - Google Sketch-up
• Possess portfolio of educational institution spaces related design works
